Account Manager

 

An Account Manager is the main responsible to drive the sales and open new opportunities at your territory, exploring the full potential of our Process Solutions portfolio and reports to one of the Process Solutions Sales Manager in Brazil. The sales region can spans over multiple states and customers in the Classical and/or BioPharmaceutical industry where Merck sells its products and services.

 

General Scope of Responsibility:

Orchestrate sales activities in your territory
Acts as a team member, focal point concerning all commercial and technical subjects on specific tasks and priorities related to his/her region
Responsible for protect existing business and develop new one, supporting the customer with technical, market and commercial knowledge in their application field in order to achieve the business operative plan
Should apply and control Price policies and processes/procedure assurance and alignment; prepare weekly update sales forecast
Improve networking between internal and external customers
Contribute to the team motivation and satisfaction, with corporate values alignment
Act autonomously, based on knowledge and experience throughout his career
Have sufficient responsibility to respond for your and team’s project
Should be a positive example and reference in your area

 

Who you are:

Graduated in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineer;
Differential: Specialization following the areas mentioned in the Graduation or related to Management or Marketing;
English advanced level;
Differential: Spanish, French or German beyond basic level.
