Immunobiologics  Marketing Manager

Role Description

Full time Immunobiologics product manager role in Brazil. Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.


Key brands of responsibility: Biologics and Biosimilars.  

- Managerial role; directly manage a team including a marketing coordinator and analyst

- Cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Access, Account Management, Medical, legal, regulatory, Events, training, BAI, and key cross functional areas.

- Secure continuity of execution of access strategies and tactics as well as tender negotiations & yearly MoH Price Negotiation.

-Provide local insights and brand feedback to Regional LATAM team
-Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for the brand  
-Select best-fitting modules from Global / Region provided content; trans-create brand materials, as needed, as well as create materials for local needs.
- Forecast brand(s) performance and track progress towards target
- Allocate and execute in country brand(s) budget
- Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization
- Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes through local programs

- Manage & Build Relationships with External Stakeholders

- Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal
- Promotional Material and Campaign Development:  working with regional team on development of materials

- Promo Meetings:  Manage compliance review of materials.

Shared Accountability:
- Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with Portfolio Lead /BU Lead and Regional Therapeutic Area Lead)
- Long-range forecasting (with Portfolio Lead /BU Lead and Regional Therapeutic Area Lead)
- Revenue adjustments, as needed (with Portfolio Lead /BU Lead and Regional Therapeutic Area Lead)
- Develop promotional materials and meetings strategy (with Regional Team)
- Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory and BU Lead)

Organizational Relationship: This position will report to the Local Portfolio Marketing Lead and will have direct business rotation with:
- Legal Lead
- Country Brand Leads
- Market Access Lead
- Medical Manager
- Regulatory Lead
- Customer Marketing roles
- GCO Marketing services, Business Analytic & Insights (BAI)
- External Stakeholders


- Previous marketing experience within the innovative pharma industry

- Experience in the Immunobiologic market for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Ankylosing spondylitis

- Desirable Experience with LOE and Biosimilar market
- Bachelor’s Degree
